A basket made using the coiling technique, of yucca fibers and decorated with geometric designs in red, green and yellow; the pigments were derived from minerals and plants. The pueblo of Keet Seel (or Kiet Siel), Navajo National Monument (Arizona). 115 feet long and 16.5 feet deep, it is the largest cliff dwelling in Arizona. It encompasses six kivasand approximately 160 rooms, 75 of which are almost perfectly preserved.

The Pueblo of Betatakin, Navajo National Monument (Arizona), located a few miles southeast of Keet Seel. lt contains 135 rooms and was built into a 76-foot rocky overhang within the 160-foot-high red sandstone cliff.
